Update dependencies, add skills and social networks data

- Updated package.json to use newer versions of dependencies including Astro, React, and Tailwind CSS.
- Added skills.json file containing a list of skills.
- Added social-networks.json file with social media links and corresponding SVG icons.
- Refactored index.astro to import skills and social networks data from the new JSON files, removing hardcoded values.
