fio warning is "note: both iodepth >= 1 and synchronous I/O engine are selected, queue depth will be capped at 1"

Modifies fio benchmark to use iodepth=1 to supresss warnings since a synchronous engine is used
Forward looking would want to look into using libaio and benchmark at a few queue depths
