remove suites from serbian_eval.py

this used to cause the following error when using the multilingual extra, specifically through the python API when specifying load_tasks_multilingual=True in PipelineParameters:

.../lighteval/tasks/multilingual/tasks/serbian_eval.py in create_task_config(task_name, prompt_function, hf_repo, hf_subset, metrics, evaluation_splits, suite, hf_avail_splits, few_shots_split, generation_size)
TypeError: LightevalTaskConfig.__init__() got an unexpected keyword argument 'suite'
