Updates and optimizes images

Refreshes documentation images across multiple versions of Terraform CDK, Terraform Docs Agents, Terraform Plugin Framework and the Well-Architected Framework.

Optimizes image file sizes where possible. Some files are skipped due to file size increases after optimization or unsupported image format.
