Airtable to postgres migration

• Import all the historical records from the website
• run slack bot inside of a rest API sdk [chose starlette]
• serve events via the rest API
• update bot code to use database
• Accidentally change canceled to cancelled because :P
• database admin-panel (maybe whodb or piccolo admin panel) [will use piccolo admin panel, may add another in the future if necessary]
• Use cachet for profile images
• Fix RSVP delivery implementation
• Fix RSVP subscribing implementation
• make events.hackclub.com use the isabelle API
• set up database in coolify
• update dockerfile to run migrations on deployments
• Update hackclub/isabelle with new correct info
• Update hackclub/events with new correct info
