Nope. The doer is the administrator. Already tried to remove branch protection rules but the result is the same.

If I understand correctly, the error is from here: https://github.com/go-gitea/gitea/blob/release/v1.24/routers/private/hook_pre_receive.go#L332

But that error only occurs when if !canPush { is executed.
