Documentation: short what to git-commit "best practices" #1140

Description

@stefanocrosta

I hope I am not alone, but I often struggle deciding which of the AI Agent files I should be committing when working in a team, when working alone, and which ones just never.

Spec-kit adds one layer to that.

Should we commit the .specify folder?
Should we commit the .claude/commands/specify.* commands?

I currently commit them all, even when working in a team but am looking for clarification if that is good or bad practice - and ideally a short paragraph in the docs would sum it up.

Hopefully there is a no-brainer answer!

Thanks - loving this project
