feat(remix): Export missing functions (#10385)

Looks like we missed re-exporting a couple of recently added functions
in the Remix SDK. This patch adds the missing exports:

* `addIntegration`
* `getClient`
* `getCurrentScope`, `getIsolationScope`, `getGlobalScope`
* `setMeasurement`
* `getActiveSpan`
* `startSpan`, `startSpanManual`, `startInactiveSpan`
* `continueTrace`
* `isInitialized`
