Description
This would be a breaking change, but could also be configurable.
Running the startup commands in a terminal causes those changes to the terminal to be watched, which often gets in the way of terminal tests.
As such, it could be better to run the develop/run commands in a daemon process, provided:
- The process can be properly killed
