chore(deps): bump @sentry/browser, @grafana/runtime and @grafana/ui

Removes [@sentry/browser](https://github.com/getsentry/sentry-javascript). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependencies [@sentry/browser](https://github.com/getsentry/sentry-javascript), [@grafana/runtime](https://github.com/grafana/grafana/tree/HEAD/packages/grafana-runtime) and [@grafana/ui](https://github.com/grafana/grafana/tree/HEAD/packages/grafana-ui). These dependencies need to be updated together.
