This PR adds default Zigbee SDKConfig settings in order to successfully compile when Arduino-esp32 is used as IDF component. This makes no effect for the building the libs for arduino-esp32, as the Zigbee + Zboss prebuild libs are copied over manually, to have all the Zigbee modes available.
