Briefly, what does this PR introduce?
Adds extra kinematic acceptance and resolution plots for the low-Q2 taggers. A selection of plots are selected for improved formatting via independent scripts, this will need to be updated to be brought closer inline with the ePIC style.
Allows a selection of beam energies to be run using local xml files. This should probably not be merged until eic/epic#886 is properly resolved to remove the opportunity for settings to go out of sync.
There are still improvements and some tidying to be done before this should be reviewed/merged...
