Add OpenCLI support to Aspire CLI #12824

I think it would be good to see the CLI tool add support for OpenCLI. Apparently it's something that dotnet is looking at (dotnet/command-line-api#2632) as part of evolving their --cli-schema option

Add a new option to aspire CLI that returns OpenCLI content
