In dashboard's resource list, show "starting" until it starts, errors, or we give up

As I'm showing Aspire for the first time, I launch the app host, look at the resource list, and the apps show as "unhealthy" at first with a red icon. Inevitably someone rushes with a comment: "Well that didn't work." Then the app boots, and it goes green. This initial negative reaction is awkward.

Describe the solution you'd like

When the app host first loads the dashboard, show a "loading" message and icon instead of the "unhealthy" message and red icon until the app's health checks go green. Maybe also show unhealthy if the app hasn't loaded in an exceedingly long time or the app's OTEL has an error message.

What does "or a timeout" mean here?

I'm thinking a readiness probe is probably overkill.

Showing "loading" for 5 minutes is probably too much. Maybe show loading for 30 seconds or 10 seconds, and then switch to unhealthy? I suspect offering configuration for this timeout is probably also overkill.
