`-p ETW` may fail to merge kernel and user session files for tests with long names or for runs in directories with long names

See comments starting here: https://github.com/dotnet/runtime/issues/118891#issuecomment-3258984943. There is no indication error from BDN. The result is an ETL file with no CPU samples in it.

Presumably this can also happen for heap profiles.
