Add option to enable inference tracing (typedb#189)

## What is the goal of this PR?

We introduce a new option to allow tracing the internals of Grakn's reasoner.

## What are the changes implemented in this PR?

- Adds a new option, the flag `traceInference`.

Requires typedb/typedb-protocol#122
