Delete Committees page

The Django Software Foundation Committees page is outdated and I think can be removed, as those two committees have been running as Working Groups for a while now.

I plan to remove this soon, just opening this issue for transparency / if someone wonders what happened to the page. The page is all in the admin (flat pages), I will delete the record there and set up a redirect.

I’d like to work on this follow-up task if that’s okay.
I’ve already set up the djangoproject.com repo locally and contributed a previous PR (adding the Fosstodon link in the fundraising thank-you page).

From what I understand, this issue involves updating or removing references to /foundation/committees/ in the templates mentioned — such as base.html, reporting.html, and enforcement.html — and ensuring translations stay consistent.

Please let me know if it’s alright for me to take this up — I’ll make sure to handle the updates cleanly and verify that all links and translations work correctly before opening a PR.
