Fix CMake configuration for IMPORTED ipasir-custom library

find_library() cannot be used for IMPORTED libraries like ipasir_custom (defined in src/solvers/CMakeLists.txt:205), because it returns "-NOTFOUND" as IMPORTED libraries are target aliases that don't follow standard library naming conventions and aren't discoverable through filesystem searches.
