chore: update module path and copyright disclaimers (#9533)

**Description**

This PR remaps the top level module to dgraph-io and updates the
copyright information to reflect the correct ownership.

In addition, several reported code quality repairs were made including
integer overflow issues and potential logging of sensitive information.
