Reproduction case
Looking at the pipeline for 19de969, the step regenerate-snapshots / 🧪🎭 - Regenerate snapshots showcases is running even though that there haven't been any failures previously. This seems to be unnecessary and even also doesn't produce any changed snapshots.
This will most likely even also be a fix to the failing tests for #4898
Expected Behaviour
the "regenerate …" steps would only run in case of failed previous steps.
