redhat/configs: remove automotive directory

These slipped through. The automotive configurations for the 9.x
releases live in a separate branch (main-automotive).

In order to keep changes tracked and ticketed for the automotive
variant, remove this directory. The configurations will be resubmitted
against the automotive branch.
