arm64/mm: Clear PXX_TYPE_MASK in mk_[pmd|pud]_sect_prot()

    Clear PXX_TYPE_MASK bits in mk_[pmd|pud]_sect_prot() while creating section
    mappings instead of just clearing the PXX_TABLE_BIT.
