Input: xpad - fix two controller table values

    Input: xpad - fix two controller table values

    Two controllers -- Mad Catz JOYTECH NEO SE Advanced and PDP Mirror's
    Edge Official -- were missing the value of the mapping field, and thus
    wouldn't detect properly.
