    redhat/configs: automotive: Enable CONFIG_BOOTPARAM_HUNG_TASK_PANIC config

    Enable the CONFIG_BOOTPARAM_HUNG_TASK_PANIC and this also
    automatically enables it's related dependencies.

    This is needed to satisfy a requirement of FuSa efforts
    for RHIVOS.
