[feature request] add shards spec to run `crystal spec -O1 "$@"`

In addition to we can use shards to run spec conveniently.

here is one more concern to add -O1 as default for shards build and shards spec

I see no reason why shards should be bothered with this. Running specs has zero connection to any other feature in shards.
Also, the motivation seems super odd. Why should shards spec have a different default behaviour than crystal spec?

If -O1 is considered ultimately better than -O0, we should perhaps make it the default for crystal spec.
But adding this to shards exclusively seems to lead nowhere except fragmenting the toolset and causing confusion.

The same reason why rails wrap rake to let new user not confuse with why rake db:migrate, but not rails db:migrate. IIRC

I use a BASH wrapper for use shard build command with -O1 as default for several months, I have no see any disadvantage, it's time to set -O1 as shards default? (of cause, if build with --release, will override the -O1 option, right?)
