Updating to v3 of @op-engineering/op-sqlite

Description

Are there any plans to support the latest version of @op-engineering/op-sqlite? I have been using version v15.0.7 which was working fine.

But I think something changed between v15.0.8 & v15.1.1 and now the adapter no longer works. All database calls seem to hang and not return any data nor even throw an error.

And I think you re right its seems related to OP-Engineering/op-sqlite#345

@craftzdog the issue seems to have been fixed in v15.1.2 https://github.com/OP-Engineering/op-sqlite/releases/tag/15.1.2. But I tested it and I can confirm that the issue still persists.

I confirmed that it's been fixed with v15.1.2.
