Support for a "ResultsDirectory" Option

It is currently not possible to simply specify a directory and have all projects output placed into a single common directory with a unique filename.  A ResultsDirectory option would do nothing more than specify a directory for the coverage files.  Output files will be stored in the directory with no caveats, no quid-pro-quos, no hidden ifs, ands, or buts.
