Signup rates (how often you get permission to contact people; and the related bounce rate, opt-out rate, and list churn.)

Retention

Engagement (Peter Yared post on "Little Data")

  • Time since last visit
  • Time since last bid
  • Time until user closes account

Referral

  • Viral coefficient: invitation rate * acceptance rate
  • Viral cycle time: first invite sent datetime - join datetime

Infrastructure

  • Uptime
  • Performance (New Relic)
  • Errors (Sentry)
