`codesnap-cli_v0.13.1` has issues with previous config

@mistricky while testing for windows, I had old config directory, and got an error "missing field radius"

After deleting old config directory, it was regenerated, and no errors showed up.

I believe this error is self explanatory, let me know if you need more information

I believe this error is not windows-exclusive so I think you should release a patch quick

@nopeless thx for the feedback, occur this issue is because I add a new config radius, and didn't make it as optional, that's why u see the error message. However, making radius required is very important, it allows users to refer to the default configuration and adjust it as they like. If radius is marked as optional, users may not realize that they can set the window corner radius themselves.

@mistricky ok, but this update is a not backwards compatible, or at least there should be warning that older versions may be reinstalled. shoulnd't it at least have a bump from 13 to 14?
