Seeing many clojure_edit failures on ns where the form_identifier is `ns`

We shouldn't need the form identifier really as there should only be one ns form at the start of the file...

So we don't need to fail here just target the ns form at the top of the file...

I made a simple prompt change for this and I have stopped seeing these errors.

However I still think that if this case is submitted to clojure_edit we should handle it.
