teardown: ICSPSLC24-10NA controller

The ICSPSLC24-10NA controller sits at the end of the LED driver chain
on the LED drivers such as the ICPSHC24-30EU-IL-1 and ICSPHC24-10EU-IL-1.

It takes 24 Volts as its input and toggles its single output (On/Off/PWM).
