Hide local variables in OUTLINE #1359

What is the problem this feature will solve?
I'm using the VS Code Bash IDE extension.
In VS Code OUTLINE panel, there're many local variables inside functions scope listed by default. Which is hard for me to scroll. Especially when the script goes longer.
What is the feature you are proposing to solve the problem?
A configuration to turn off displaying of local variables.
What alternatives have you considered?
