Feature request: CloudWatch Alarm Schema

Use case

I am using the parser utility to listen to CloudWatch alerts. These CloudWatch alerts are arriving in an SQS record and I need to type the CloudWatch alarm envelope manually. And I think it would make sense that they are also available via a sort schema for the parser to import.

Solution/User Experience

I'd like to import:

import {CloudWatchAlarmEventSchema  } from '@aws-lambda-powertools/parser/schemas/cloudwatch';

and parse the schema with the parser utility.
