automatically update README with latest version #1420

Describe the feature
It would be helpful if there was a way to automatically update the code examples in the readme to use the latest release of the action whenever a new version is released.
Use Case
It's not the most important thing in the world, but it would be helpful if the code examples always pointed to the latest version.
Proposed Solution
I'm not sure how this would be implemented; maybe a workflow or something?
