Show Haddock docstrings in tooltip popup #169
Description
Related to #133. This would improve the browseability of an existing codebase.
The docstrings could be either extracted by attempting to parse the .hs files directly in atom, or by ingesting the output of the haddock tool.
Some prototype work is in this pull request: atom-haskell-archive/haskell-ghc-mod#166
