When trying to flash a UNO Q with 'arduino-flasher-cli' on Ubuntu Linux 6.17.0-5, the flashing process fails with repeated USB access errors:

qdl: unable to open USB device
qdl: unable to open USB device
qdl: unable to open USB device
error flashing the board: signal: killed
