EEPROM not updating correctly

Seems only the first and last byte written "take". During the update, EEPROM[location], does return the expected number, but seems to "forget" it when you later dump out the EEPROM contents.

Also, EEPROM.length appears to return 512 rather than the expected 1024.

Looks like Castor will fix this - I have used #281 from Martino and it works nicely under a number of different tests that I have made.
