Replace MIT-0 with MIT to fix nuget push

Publishing UnitsNet.4.73.0.nupkg to https://www.nuget.org/api/v2/package...
Error publishing package. NuGet server returned 400: License expression must only contain licenses that are approved by Open Source Initiative or Free Software Foundation. Unsupported licenses: MIT-0.

Maybe this is just a temporary issue, because MIT-0 is an approved license
by the open source initiative.
