Add units to ForceChangeRate, PressureChangeRate, fix abbreviations (#914)

Add new units:

- ForceChangeRate: PoundForcePerMinute and PoundForcePerSecond
- PressureChangeRate: PoundForcePerSquareInchPerSecond and PoundForcePerSquareInchPerMinute

Add new abbreviations:
- Pressure: PoundForcePerSquareInch (ksi)

Fixed translation:
- PressureChangeRate : Russians abbreviations for units per minutes
