This PR renames the qlpack declared at
javascript/frameworks/xsjs/lib/fromadvanced-security/javascript-sap-xsjs-libtoadvanced-security/javascript-sap-xsjs-all.The qlpacks are named with the following schema:
ext/=>javascript-sap-{framework}-modelslib/=>javascript-sap-{framework}-allsrc/=>javascript-sap-{framework}-queriestest/=>javascript-sap-{framework}-test(though these are not published.)However, the XSJS library pack did not have
javascript-sap-xsjs-allbutjavascript-sap-xsjs-libas its name. Therefore, normalize the qlpack name to conform to the naming schema.
