Implement semantic versioning

Without semantic versioning you can't import a specific version of this theme.

A recent example of this difficulty occurred with a user of the PaperMod theme, who was unable to import a specific version of the theme, as detailed in this related Hugo issue: gohugoio/hugo#14010.

I would also like to see this.

Not sure why the author hid the releases/tags from the main repo page (it used to be visible), but it's still present, just not using SemVer.

I'm trying to use the new feature in Hugo 0.150.0 to import modules via the Hugo config file (instead of the go.mod file), and I'm having to use the commit hash instead of a SemVer.
