Better monorepo support #1126
Description
We have one repository with all (most) of our shared actions in it. I have this repository added as a git submodule so that we can keep up to date with the latest recommended template. I then have an AI prompt that will copy the template when adding a new action. That works but this template has a lot of stuff in it that assumes that it is in a single project repository. It would be nice if this (or perhaps another template) was a bit more amenable to a monorepo setup without having to fix up so much after copying it.
