🗑️ Remove remaining wiki files and directories

REMOVED:
- wiki/Home.md (was still tracked in git despite previous attempts)
- docs-site/wiki-repo/ directory

All wiki content now completely removed from repository.
.gitignore already updated to prevent wiki files from being added again.
