refactor(test): remove placeholder integration tests

Remove integration tests that reference unimplemented SDK methods.
These were added to demonstrate test structure but most methods
(searchPackages, batchScanPackages, SBOM operations, etc.) don't
exist in the current SDK.

Integration test directory structure remains for future tests.
