* Create readme.md Incident Sentiment Detector (No AI, Pure JavaScript) A lightweight ServiceNow utility that detects sentiment (Positive / Negative / Neutral) of an Incident’s short description or comments using simple keyword matching — no AI APIs or external libraries required.
