Pull ARM fixes from Russell King:

 - use an absolute path for asm/unified.h in KBUILD_AFLAGS to solve a
   regression caused by commit d5c8d6e ("kbuild: Update assembler
   calls to use proper flags and language target")

 - fix dead code elimination binutils version check again
