Get citation data fail after 6 hours

The get citation data workflow was working well previously. However, it starts failing about 2-3 days ago. From what I observe, it will run for about 6 hours and then abandon:

I also observe the same issue in other branches, including the author's own branch:

Could you please help investigate this issue?

Seems like Google scholar has banned the access from github workflow. Scholarly is repeatedly logging to following info

INFO:scholarly:Got an access denied error (403).
INFO:scholarly:No other connections possible.
INFO:scholarly:Will retry after 68.41 seconds (with another session).
INFO:scholarly:Exception RuntimeError while fetching page: ('Cannot send a request, as the client has been closed.',)

Maybe a proxy is required.
