fix: update package name to nutrient-dws for PyPI

The README already referenced 'pip install nutrient-dws' but the package
name in pyproject.toml was still 'nutrient'. This commit aligns the
package name for PyPI distribution while keeping the import name as
'nutrient' for simplicity.
