minor symfony#11617 [WebLink] Remove chrome debug since it's no longer present (tristanbes)

This PR was submitted for the master branch but it was merged into the 3.4 branch instead (closes symfony#11617).

When accessing to [chrome://net-internals/#http2](chrome://net-internals/#http2)

I don't know if this section should be replaced because I don't know by what it has been replaced.
