feat: Initial deck layout

Overview

I would like an option to toggle between initial and final deck views or a "deck state timeline" showing deck configuration at different protocol stages.

When setting up a protocol, it is confusing that the Opentrons app does not show the initial deck set up but rather the final deck layout. Other people in our lab will use the protocols than the person who wrote it. It would be much more useful to show the initial deck view, including labware, liquids and labware names. It would be even better if it also showed the liquid volumes that should be put in off deck labware that will be used later in the protocol.

For protocols that calculate liquid volumes, this is very important.
